• Inform all passengers of the aircraft safety procedures.
• Ensure that all safety and security measures are according to the company´s standards, as well as ESAS regulations.
• If the situation requires administer first aid to passengers.
• Swiftly and diplomatically resolve any issues that may appear during the flight.
• Welcoming guests and processing their check-in formalities promptly,
• Ensuring they settle in as comfortable as possible and make the most of their stay.
• Processing payments,
• Making recommendations of local points of interest and collecting constructive feedback to always improve our service delivery and enhance our guests’ visit.
