I have been flying for over 10 years. Three in Saudi Arabia ( operating on different fleets, Gulfstream, Legacy and Airbus 320, 330&340, Boeing 737 )and seven years in Europe as a commercial flight attendant and also as a Corporate Flight Attendant ;Royal Family, Ministry members, VIPs were my every day guests in my last four years. All this experience has allowed me to interact with people of all different ethnicities helping me to have a better understanding of the how expectation in excellence differs from person to person. My roles in my previous company have enabled me to work calmly under pressure to achieve results with a positive mindset .I am performance driven and have good situational awareness.
The VVIP flight experience of almost 5 years taught me the value of providing excellence, high quality service to all customers and guests, using my skills and knowledge in safety, security, dangerous goods and CRM matters.
I have a smiling, approachable personality and I am willing to listen to any feedback in order to improve myself and go to extra mile. I am hard working, punctual, dedicated person and highly conscientious about the quality of my work, which would hold me in good stead with my peers at workplace., I have excellent customer service skills and always willing to develop more abilities through-out my career. I would consider myself a humble person who can adapt easily to stressful situations and is happy to fly.
I am in possession of valid US visa B1/B2 and C1/D, and Russian visa. I have attended two service trainings, one by Romanian Aviation Academy, Bucharest and one by King Sultan Aviation Academy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Provide silver service to VVIPs
Maintaining the interior of the aircraft immaculate including cleaning, stocking and general make-up
Making sure that the guest service satisfaction is on the highest level.
Coordinate, supervise and lead a team of cabin attendants for all related flight duties. Conduct the safety briefing for the Cabin Crew members.
Act as a liaison between the Cabin Crew and Commander.
Coordinate all tasks and duties and give effective leadership to the Cabin Attendants.
Assist the commander in the managing of a safe and efficient conduct of the passenger service as well as comfort during the flight, and prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to.
Supervise the preparation and checking of the passengers cabin before every flight.
Notify the other Crew member if observing deviation from SOPs and write reports whenever necessary.
Command all Cabin Attendants and passengers, on the Commander`s behalf, during emergency situations.
Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct and appearance, thus supporting the Commander by active example, in the development of a high standard of professional expertise and morale among the Crew.

I was responsible for the operation of cabin services on a business aircraft for a private owner and charter operations.
