In my role as a Premium Flight Attendant with Qatar Airways I had an honor of providing personalized service to VIP customers which allowed me to hone my skills in delivering the highest level of service while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Profiled flights in the airport system (ALTEA), briefed gate staff accordingly to plan the flow of boarding considering all specifics of the flight. Communicated with the flight dispatcher regarding clearance for boarding, status of the boarding, baggage collection at the gate and baggage offloading of no-show customers. Coordinated with relevant staff regarding the VIPs. Solved customers’ issues at the gate to make sure that flight departs on time.

Planned charity event for 600 VIP guests of Kyiv Lions Club (Burns Night 2013). Negotiated with the artists, suppliers and sponsors and communicated with guests during preparation process and event itself. Controlled payments related to the event. Translated the flow of event to sound and video equipment operators to coordinate respective effects in timely manner.
