In my role as a Premium Flight Attendant with Qatar Airways I had an honor of providing personalized service to VIP customers which allowed me to hone my skills in delivering the highest level of service while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Provided personalized service to VIP customers (532 flights in Premium Cabin) by adhering to highest standards of the company and service overall. Made sure customers' journey was unforgettable and all their needs onboard were met at the highest level.

Successfully performed service and safety duties on board before, during and after the flight (close to 1000 flights in this role, 1100 hours yearly on average) on following aircrafts - Airbus A319, A320, A330, A350, Boeing B787, B777. Conducted thorough safety checks of equipment in respective zone of responsibility or entire cabin (while being allocated as cabin-in-charge on particular flights).

Profiled flights in the airport system (ALTEA), briefed gate staff accordingly to plan the flow of boarding considering all specifics of the flight. Communicated with the flight dispatcher regarding clearance for boarding, status of the boarding, baggage collection at the gate and baggage offloading of no-show customers. Coordinated with relevant staff regarding the VIPs. Solved customers’ issues at the gate to make sure that flight departs on time.
-Participated in transferring airport operations from the old Doha Airport to Hamad International Airport (May 2014).
-Was chosen as a part of an Airbus A380 dedicated team as a result of successful on-time performance on previous flights.
Planned charity event for 600 VIP guests of Kyiv Lions Club (Burns Night 2013). Negotiated with the artists, suppliers and sponsors and communicated with guests during preparation process and event itself. Controlled payments related to the event. Translated the flow of event to sound and video equipment operators to coordinate respective effects in timely manner.
-Supervised supply and preparation of catering from Hyatt Regency Kyiv.
-Helped to raise over 80000$ for charity cause by successfully performed job on planning and conducting event.
